DESERI products are Handmade in Spain with carefully selected local and Italian leathers.

How do I get customization on my DESERI bag if I already ordered?

Send an email to info@deseri.com and a client service advisor will further assist you.

How long until I receive my custom DESERI Handbag?

All Custom orders have a 2-3 week processing time. Once your order is shipped you can expect your bag within the shipping time you selected while completing your order.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders for items that are available for immediate purchase cannot be canceled or modified. They can be returned within 10 days of receiving the order. Orders placed with customization can be modified by reaching out to the info@deseri.com email within 48 hours of purchase. Customization orders cannot be returned.

What is the return policy?

Items eligible for returns can be returned within 10 days of receiving the order for a full refund. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Items must be returned undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please contact us at returns@deseri.com and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I care for my DESERI handbag?

DESERI products are made with carefully selected materials and should be handled with care to prolong the product’s life. Clean your handbag with the grain, use warm water and a small amount of mild soap. When storing your handbags, stuff them and place them in a cool dark area.

How can I track my order?

Once your item(s) has shipped you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number.

For items available for immediate purchase you can expect the following shipping times depending on your selection at check out. For custom orders expect an additional 2-3 weeks for processing.
